Bad Bunny, whose six nominations at the 2026 Grammys include Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Album of the Year, stepped out at the Crypto.com Arena Feb. 1 in a winning ensemble.
Grammys 2026: Addison Rae Addresses Misconceptions About Her Life
Where Bad Bunny goes, all eyes are on him.
So, it’s no surprise the “Me Porto Bonito” artist dressed to impress at the 2026 Grammys in Los Angeles on Feb. 1. At the Trevor Noah-hosted ceremony at Crypto.com Arena, the “DtMF” rapper kept his look classic in custom Schiaparelli Haute Couture. (See all the stars on the red carpet here.)
Though Bad Bunny (real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) always won himself a place on best dressed lists with his ensemble, he may just walk away from music’s biggest night with a whole lot of hardware.
After all, he made history with his Grammy nominations as he became the first Spanish-language artist to receive nominations for the coveted Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Album of the Year categories at the same ceremony. (He’s also up for Best Música Urbana Album, Best Global Music Performance and Best Album Cover.)
And though the 31-year-old’s career has reached new heights with the success of his newest album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, for him it was simply a chance to return to his roots—especially during a time where he was physically far from his native Puerto Rico.

“I had the desire for a long time to try to make a salsa album,” Bad Bunny—who is set to headline the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show on Feb. 8—explained to i-D magazine in September. “But I always thought about it for the future—like, ‘maybe when I’m 40.’ But why wait so long? I already had the idea for the song “BAILE INoLVIDABLE.” I had the track “NUEVAYoL,” which had a sample of salsa.”
He continued, “During that time, I was touring Nadie Sabe lo Que Va Pasar Mañana, [on] the ‘Most Wanted Tour.’ I spent some time living in LA, it was the time of Coachella. I was [filming] Been Caught Stealing, I was doing Happy Gilmore [2], and I had never been so far from Puerto Rico for so long. It drove me to [research] my roots, to connect with everything I am as a Puerto Rican.”
