Back to the Future actor Crispin Glover has denied allegations made in a battery lawsuit by an ex-girlfriend who claimed he sought to make her his live-in sex slave.
The actor, 62, said in a declaration in Los Angeles Superior Court viewed by the Daily Mail that his ex, a British model identified as Jane Doe in the filing, made a series of false claims in her lawsuit, which he alleged were part of a shakedown attempt.
'I believe she did so to intimidate me into paying her to settle and therefore avoid negative media attention which could damage my future ability to earn money in the entertainment industry,' Glover said Wednesday in his filing.
Glover said in his declaration that he believed Doe sued him to get him to pay her.
He requested the court toss a part of the case linked to statements Doe made about a conflict more than two years ago - that Glover 'made a false police report and fraudulent petition for a restraining order against her.'
The Brooklyn, New York-born actor, who played George McFly in the 1985 time travel classic, made his declaration in response to Doe's filing in February previously viewed by the Daily Mail.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Glover for further comment on the story; and to the lawyers for Jane Doe, who declined to comment.

In her filing, Doe claimed Glover promised to help her become a star in Hollywood and provide her with 'a home and a job' if she moved from the U.K. to Los Angeles.
When she did, Doe said she realized Glover's true intent was for her to 'basically serve him as a live in girlfriend/sex slave.'
Doe said she filed the suit 'from a disturbing series of incidents in which [she] was essentially held captive and used for sex and free labor by Mr. Glover under false pretenses.'
Glover went to the extent of making false claims against her to authorities in an effort to obtain a restraining order, Doe claimed in her filing.
Glover in his declaration said that he first connected with Doe after she contacted him on Facebook in 2015, and that the pair commenced with 'a brief romantic relationship' in 2023.
In his declaration, Glover said that the pretense of her arrival in the U.S. was because they were dating, and not any professional arrangement.
Glover said that he provided funding for her travel costs as her boyfriend, and said he never made any promises to employ her in any capacity.
The actor said in his declaration Doe 'ultimately stayed with me in Europe for 3 nights and in the U.S. for about 16 nights' at his home in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles.

In her February filing, Doe claimed that Glover had physically assaulted her - grabbing her neck and putting her in a headlock - when she came back to his house to retrieve her pet cats
The actor said that after two weeks of staying at his home, Doe asked him 'to deceive others by saying that we were married in an Islamic ceremony' - a suggestion which Glover in his declaration said he refused.
At that point, Glover said in his declaration that Doe 'began acting erratically and left my home to stay with friends.'
In her February filing, Doe claimed that Glover had physically attacked her - 'grabbing and choking her in a headlock, leaving a visible wound and scar on her neck' - when she came back to his house to retrieve her pet cats. She included a photo of a neck injury she claimed she suffered in the incident.
Glover presented a different version of events, claiming in his declaration that Doe and 'an unknown man' showed up at his home, as he thought they were there 'to collect her belongings and her two cats.
'Instead, the unknown man verbally threatened me, and [Doe] verbally and physically attacked me' as she 'reached up to my face and with her fingers gouged her fingernails into my face, drawing blood.'
Glover, who was seen bleeding from a facial scratch in a photo enclosed in his filing, said he contacted 911, leading to Doe's arrest.
He said that he subsequently submit 'an application for a civil harassment restraining order,' but was unable to locate her to deliver it. He said the most recent time he saw her was more than two years ago, in March of 2024.
Glover's lawyer previously told the Daily Mail in a statement in February, 'Mr. Glover denies these baseless allegations in the strongest possible terms.

'The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe.'
The actor said in his declaration that he verified that Doe had been 'arrested for felony assault with a $50,000 bail' via the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department’s website.
Glover said in his declaration that he understood Doe - who said she is homeless - was living 'in a home' in the greater Los Angeles area.
The actor in the declaration described Doe's claims that he displayed Nazi memorabilia to her when they first met in Dresden, Germany as 'false and misleading.'
Glover said that she was referring to film props used in his 2005 movie What Is It? - which he said 'uses authoritarian imagery to convey an anti-authoritarian message.'
The actor said he is 'well aware of the horrors of World War II,' describing himself as 'a proponent of anti-authoritarian messaging in art.'
The case is slated to return to court on July 20.
