Timm Hanly has debuted a dramatically altered appearance, leaving fans stunned as the reality TV favourite looks almost unrecognisable following a recent nose job.

The former Bachelorette star, 31, unveiled his new look on Instagram this week, showing off a noticeably straighter and more refined nose after undergoing surgery to repair a collapsed septum.

In the new footage, Timm appears shirtless and heavily muscled, his trademark tattoos on full display across his chest, arms and neck.

His face looks sharper, with his nose visibly narrower and more symmetrical than in previous years, marking a stark contrast to his earlier party-boy image.

The transformation is even more striking when compared to past appearances on reality TV, where Timm was known for his long blond curls, crooked smile and slightly damaged nose, a feature that had become part of his larrikin charm.

Addressing speculation head-on, the Melbourne-based entrepreneur recently explained the reason behind the surgery during an honest Instagram Q&A, after fans bombarded him with questions about his nose.

'Alright, let's just clear things up before we get right into this question box,' he began.

'90% of the questions are like, is this from too much cocaine? Is this from too much partying?'

In classic Timm fashion, he did not shy away from the rumours.

'We can't rule out that it wasn't from cocaine or partying 'cause I've done lots of that in my life,' he admitted.

However, Timm insisted his wild past was not the main cause of the damage.

'But I stopped doing that about five years ago when I started Front Runner, and I still had two good nostrils when I ended my partying career,' he said.

Instead, he pointed the finger at his time in the boxing ring.

'I did have a boxing camp after that, which I got absolutely fing pumped in... my nose got broken a couple of times, so I'm gonna say boxing – but we can't completely rule out the cocaine fing conspiracy,' he joked.

'But yeah, those days are over… I'm done with all that. Everything I do now has a purpose.'

The former reality star has been open about overhauling his lifestyle in recent years, trading late nights and heavy partying for early mornings, fitness and business.

Back in 2020, Timm told Daily Mail he was entering a 'different stage' of his life, crediting his streetwear brand Front Runner for helping him find direction.

'I'm in a really good place at the moment,' he said at the time.

'It's like part of growing up. It's sort of exciting. It's like I've stepped into a new world.'

In July that year, he also revealed he had gone sober after realising his binge drinking was 'getting out of control'.

Now focused on health, business and family, Timm's new look comes just months after another major milestone.

In November, Timm and his longtime partner Briana De La Motte tied the knot in a romantic lakeside ceremony, sharing a series of breathtaking photos from their intimate wedding.

The couple, who co-founded the million-dollar fashion brand Front Runner, looked elated as they finally said 'I do' after years of on-and-off romance and a two-year engagement.

In one emotional moment, Timm was seen wiping away tears as the couple's two-year-old daughter Harper walked down the aisle, while other images showed the newlyweds beaming as white petals fell around them.
