Arie Luyendyk Jr. revealed he got a second vasectomy after previously having the first procedure reversed and welcoming his fourth child.
The Bachelor alum, 44, shared the news on social media while heading to the doctor's office to get the procedure done for the second time in four years.
'Today's a good day to get a vasectomy,' he wrote on his Instagram Story post on Friday. 'Hope laughing gas is FUN!'
After completing the procedure, he shared a car selfie and posed in a new T-shirt that read 'All Juice, No Seed' across the front.
'Did it, got the shirt,' he wrote over the snapshot.
He and his wife Lauren Burnham Luyendyk welcomed their fourth child, daughter Livvy, in September 2025.
The birth came months after Luyendyk admitted he regretted his earlier decision to get a vasectomy and said he went to get a reversal in February 2025.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Luyendyk's representatives for further comment but has yet to hear back.
The couple are also parents to daughter Alessi, seven, and five-year-old twins Senna and Lux.
The fellow reality stars met in 2018 while filming season 22 of The Bachelor and tied the knot the following year.
The former race car driver-turned-real estate broker filmed and shared a short, explanatory video before his appointment.
'I'm going at it alone this time,' he said in a video as he explained that he made sure his wife would not be there 'literally in the room' again for his second vasectomy.
'The first time was a little traumatic, and Lauren being there felt a little weird,' he continued.
'The second time when I got the reversal, I was out cold. Now this time, I've gone to a new doctor who does laughing gas, so I'm hoping this goes a little smoother.'

Before heading into his appointment, he shared a video discussing his second procedure.
Luyendyk also shared a photo of the operation room and jokingly added: 'OMG hellllppppp.'
He said he left his wife at home this time for his second vasectomy, and he later reposted some of Lauren's Instagram posts recapping what she was doing while he was undergoing the procedure.
The couple shared a short clip of Lauren celebrating the 'end of an era (again)' by preparing a basket of goodies with vasectomy-related jokes she wrote on various treats.
'I couldn't not,' she wrote over the video.

His second vasectomy comes just a little under a year since his wife Lauren gave birth to their fourth child in September 2025.
In February last year before they welcomed their daughter, he and his wife uploaded a YouTube video and Luyendyk explained that he felt like he 'rushed' into getting a vasectomy.
'We said we were done having kids, like, a couple years ago, but I think we're gonna do it one more time. That sounded funny, like, "We're only going to do it one time."
'As you guys know, I got the vasectomy after the twins were born and ever since then, I don't know, I think I rushed it. Honestly, it's more on me,' he said.

His wife also revealed that Luyendyk scheduled a vasectomy six months after their twins were born without consulting her first.
She said she later got 'on board' with his decision and he went ahead with the procedure.
'All of our kids are like, the best age right now, and I just felt like, "Dang it, I think we can do this again." If we had a singleton, we could totally handle that,' Luyendyk explained.
Lauren, who was the season 22 runner-up of The Bachelor, said she eventually agreed to having another child after some time.
'He totally convinced me that, like, chapter's closed and I came to terms with that, and now, I have to just get out of that again,' she said as Luyendyk jokingly said it was 'a little bit of whiplash.'
