Chelsea told the Daily Mail that she went all out for the 1920s-themed party, ensuring it was a night to remember for everyone.
'We were celebrating Ivan's 30th and did a full Great Gatsby-themed night,' she began.
'We had a champagne tower, dancers throughout the evening and all of our closest friends and family there, with quite a few people travelling interstate to celebrate with us. It was such a fun and special night!'
Chelsea and Ivan bid farewell to Adelaide and relocated to the Victorian capital in July 2025, launching their new fashion brand, Oops I'm Taken.
Announcing their big move on Instagram, Chelsea shared a clip of a lounge room with the caption, 'Next chapter,' with a key and house emoji while geotagging Melbourne.
