Courtney Act looked unrecognisable as she transformed into AFL star Bailey Smith for Halloween over the weekend.

The Aussie drag queen, 42, ditched her usual dolled up look as she bore an uncanny resemblance to the sports star.

The performer wore the AFL player's former Western Bulldogs gear as she posed with her arms folded across her chest.

Courtney also wore a wig which resembled Smith's iconic mullet and a moustache.

'Can't kick a goal, but I can serve a look. Career pivot alert! No, not to AFL—I'm a drag king now and I'm bringing Bailey Smith realness,' the pictures were captioned.

'If you're not familiar with @bazlenka- you're welcome. He's every gay man's favourite AFL player (he's also the only AFL player gay men know).'

Many of Courtney's fans and celebrity friends praised her on the 'incredible' costume.

'This is incredible,' Sophie Monk wrote, while Imogen Anthony commented: 'Fml so so GOOD.'

'You win Halloween 2024,' another person said while one added: 'You're THE BEST.'

'OH MY GOD!! I actually thought it WAS him at first glance! You are amazing,' another agreed.

Courtney is the drag persona of Shane Jenek who first rose to fame on Australian Idol in 2003.

Earlier this year, the drag superstar left Sophie Monk and Joel Creasey lost for words when she delivered a zinger on The Hundred with Andy Lee.

The special pride episode took an unexpected turn when host Andy asked the queer-friendly panel about the habits of Australians in night clubs.

'Next question, on the dance floor, twenty-six percent of Australians have done what?' he inquired.

However, Lee - nor Monk or Creasy - anticipated Act's response.

'Been f**gered?' she replied to both uproarious laughter and shock.

Sophie appeared visibly troubled by Courtney's answer.

'On a dance floor?' she screeched in horror. 'I'm from Brisbane, I'm sorry,' Courtney snapped back.
