How Ariana Grande & Elizabeth Gillies "Reprocessed" 'Victorious' After 'Quiet on Set' Doc
Elizabeth Gillies and Victoria Justice had an absolutely victorious reunion that had Ariana Grande feeling emotional.
Elizabeth and Victoria—who costarred with Ariana on Nickelodeon's Victorious for five seasons from 2010 until 2013—both attended Seth MacFarlane's holiday party, where they posed together for some sweet photos.
"Saw some old friends, made some new," Victoria captioned her Dec. 17 Instagram post, which she soundtracked with the Victorious cast's song "It's Not Christmas Without You." "@macfarlaneseth you throw the best holiday party hands down. Thank you again for having me (also the song, I had to)."
Both stars opted for festive dresses for the occasion, with Victoria, 31, rocking a long-sleeved black mini-dress with a white fur collar and cuffs and Elizabeth, 31, donned a long-sleeved green sequined frock.
The latter commented "A Christmas Jori" on the Vampire Diaries star's post, which is the name that fans gave to the duo of their Nickelodeon characters Jade and Tori.
Meanwhile, Ariana—who played Cat on the series—responded to the photos with five teary-eyed emojis, which Victoria wrote back to with three kissing face emojis and a group hug emoji.
While the "7 Rings" singer missed out on her former costars' reunion, she still keeps up with both of the actresses.
In fact, Elizabeth—who first met Ariana in 2008 when they both made their Broadway debuts in the musical 13—recently opened up about their special bond.
"We make a real effort to see each other," Elizabeth told People in an interview published Nov. 6. "We laugh, we reminisce and we make new memories."
"I see Ariana all the time,“ she continued, “and we're constantly doing things, having new experiences and adding chapters to our book."
The Dynasty star also gushed about how excited she was to see the "One Last Time" hitmaker appear in the film adaptation of Wicked.
"When I met her at 13 or 14 years old, Wicked was her show, and Glinda was her girl," Elizabeth shared. "We would sing the songs together, and she would tell me about her dream of playing this role. I know, throughout the audition process, how hard she worked and how much she wanted it. It is so incredibly well-earned."
For her part, Victoria had to dispel the "dumb" persistent rumors that she has had a years-long feud with Ariana.
"I think the biggest rumor is this whole narrative that was created with me being jealous of her and of us not being friends," she told E! News in 2023. "I feel like it's this constant story of the media and people wanting to pit people against each other, and it's just so not even relevant anymore now."
And, as she explained, the Grammy winner agreed with her, "Ariana texted me and we both were like, 'This is so stupid.'"

At the end of the day, the Victorious cast created a lasting bond as teenagers on the set of the Nickelodeon show, and they still have an active group chat.
"The love is still there, and I hope we get to do something soon together because we have so much fun, and that was such a special time," Ariana told People. "I mean, no one could really understand that time. We're bonded for life over it. It was really special."
