ARC Raiders: Security Breach Container Locations Guide

There are plenty of unique skills to give you a competitive or looting advantage in ARC Raiders, but the Security Breach skill is easily one of the most rewarding in the game. Unlocked after putting 36 points into Survival, the Security Breach skill lets you access any of the several Security Lockers scattered around each map for free, which is one of the best farming methods for high-rarity weapons, gear, and Blueprints alike.

When combined with the must-get field-crafting ability, which you likely already have after unlocking Security Breaching, you'll be able to go in with a free loadout and come out with a powerful new kit to bring into your next raid. Since you won't need a key for Security Lockers, bringing in looting Augments is also a great idea for pocketing high-rarity materials and Blueprints without risk of losing them to other raiders.

Dam Battlegrounds Security Breach Locations

While the scattered nature of Security Breaches on Dam Battlegrounds makes it hard to have a consistent route between them all, it does mean that you'll be in relatively close proximity to at least one, no matter where you spawn on the map. Dam Battlegrounds also introduced a new button puzzle within the additional Controlled Access Zone, which has some excellent rewards if you're willing to work with other players.

Easily the best location to grab several Security Breaches at once and come out with more than a few spare loadouts to use is by heading over to the combined Control Tower and Research & Administration building, although it's easily the most highly contested area on the map.

Given the high chance of encountering other raiders, I would recommend either going here right at the start of a round or near the end, as the Security Lockers themselves are often ignored by most players, given how hard it is to unlock. Unfortunately, the Security Breach in the Control Tower does require a key to access, which in turn does result in an even higher chance of finding rare Blueprints.

Buried City Security Breach Locations

Even though the Buried City might not be as easy straightforward as Spaceport, the small map size and close proximity and cover of each locker mean it's even easier to run a successful farming route. Unfortunately, these lower buildings have become a frequent destination for money runs thanks to the overabundance of hidden rooms and residential valuables, which means you'll have to make friends or fight your way through if you want to loot each one.

Even with the higher risk, the south side of the map still offers some of the best opportunities for farming currency through valuable items if you happen to spawn down there, although Hospital remains one of the best if you get lucky enough to hit the place earlier into a raid.

While most Security Breach containers only require you to keep an eye out in some conventional spots under staircases or side rooms, there are two that require a bit more effort to reach. The first is found on the roof of the Hospital building that can only be accessed by using a Zipline, while the second is behind the locked keycard room on the northern half of Grandioso Apartments.

Spaceport Security Breach Locations

Having the most Security Breach containers in ARC Raiders out of any map, with a total of 15 Security Breach containers, there is plenty of potential for increased returns by traveling along the left side of the map in a straight line. Given that this route also takes you through many high-value loot areas, there are plenty of high risks and rewards to be claimed.

Another major benefit is that very few of the Security Breaches on Spaceport actually need keys to access, meaning you can farm without having to waste money or space on additional access cards. The Security Breach containers at location #6 have the potential to spawn two at a time, which is especially great to hit up after riding the elevator to the top of the nearby watchtower.

Given how exposed the position of these high watchtowers is, I would also recommend trying to make as little noise as you can, whether firing at nearby ARC or raiders while looting, as it can be easily seen and attract the wrong kind of attention from other players.

Blue Gate Security Breach Locations

Having the second-lowest number of Security Breach containers in ARC Raiders, despite its much larger map size, Blue Gate is far from an optimal choice when it comes to farming exclusively for these containers. Even with the reduced proximity, it's still more than worth keeping an eye out for any of these containers if you do run by one.

The number 3 Security Breach container also has a chance to spawn two in this location, which is found from entering the tower via the zipline at Reinforced Reception, with a hidden room for you to breach and reap its rewards. There are also plenty of high-value areas for Workshop upgrade materials in this area that are just as valuable to check out while searching for the rest of Blue Gate's Security Breaches.

Another notable Security Breach container location can be found at #2 in Raider's Refuge, down in the cellar, requiring you to solve a button puzzle before you can gain access to it. With at least 20 potential button locations hidden around the nearby church and other surroundings, you'll need to activate at least four in total before you can access another highly underrated ARC Raiders loot area.

Thankfully, the addition of the Locked Gate event on Blue Gate in ARC Raiders' post-launch updates makes the map well worth visiting if you happen to play when one is running, heavily encouraging teamwork with other raiders to gain access to an incredibly lucrative looting spot.

Stella Montis Security Breach Locations

As the first map added after the release of ARC Raiders, Stella Montis has been providing players with an abundance of high-tier loot from the day it was added, with its Security Breaches being the cherry on top for how much farming potential the map has as a whole. Unfortunately, the abundance of free kit users means you'll need to put your charisma or combat skills to the test if you want to survive.

Although the Security Breach spawns tend to be fairly scattered when it comes to the top floor of Stella Montis, both the Lobby and Assembly zones have some excellent looting spots when it comes to Weapon Crates and Raider Bags. Assembly also has several hidden caches that can only be found by climbing up pipes, making it essential to know your way around for the full looting experience.

The bottom floor of Stella Montis packs its Security Breaches primarily on the north side of the facility, meaning you can knock out quite a few in a much shorter amount of time if you spawn in this area. None of the Security Breaches on the bottom floor also requires a keycard to access, meaning you'll have a much simpler time getting to them on a budget loadout or even a free kit.

Despite having plenty of looting potential, the main downside is that the Security Breaches on Stella Montis tend to be in fairly high-trafficked areas, meaning you'll need to keep an eye out for any players sneaking up behind you while looting. Shredders are also a consistent threat in areas like Sandbox and Lobby, which can be one of the most frustrating ARCs to take down, even if you know their weakspots in ARC Raiders.
