A cinematic obsessive with the filmic palate of a starving raccoon, Rob London will watch pretty much anything once. With a mind like a steel trap, he's an endless fount of movie and TV trivia, borne from a misspent youth of watching monster movies on TV, perusing the sun-faded goods at the local video rental shop, and staining his fingers with ink from the Video Movie Guide. Areas of interest include science fiction, film noir, horror flicks, '70s disaster pictures, Bond movies, '90s action, giant robots, dinosaurs, super heroes, and the exuberantly schlocky output of Cannon Films. He also enjoys both Star Trek and Star Wars when they're good, and maybe even more when they're bad. As a Canadian, he also has a vested interest in Canadian movies and TV shows, especially the cheesier ones dubbed "Canuxploitation."
An expert on Marvel Comics, he has also written for the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe, and is a member of the Marvel Research Team. He can frequently be found pontificating on comic-book continuity or bemoaning the misfortunes of the Toronto Maple Leafs on his Twitter account.

Get ready to blast off with Audible. The podcast hosting service has produced a number of scripted podcasts over the years, but their latest science fiction adventure might be their most mind-blowing yet. Collider has an exclusive look at the first trailer and the first 19 minutes of Exoplanet, a new scripted podcast with a top-flight creative team and an all-star cast.
The podcast takes place in the far future, where humans have developed interstellar travel...but, as the characters of Exoplanet will soon learn, they haven't quite mastered it. The starship Wild Blue Yonder is exploring a distant exoplanet when they hit a bizarre quantum anomaly that sends them hurtling through time. Now, the crew have all crashed on the same planet, but they find themselves in radically different time periods. Chief Engineer Jeff Shaw (Anthony Mackie, Captain America: Brave New World) finds himself in the present; First Officer Becca Bang (Ariana DeBose, West Side Story) is stranded in the world's primeval past; and Science Officer Logan Bowers (John Leguizamo, The Odyssey) has future shock. But there's a sinister intelligence behind their predicament, and they'll need to find a way to communicate with each other across the ages to survive.
In the clip of episode 1, "Crash," we're introduced to the crew of the Wild Blue Yonder, who've signed up for a yearlong space mission to the planet Forge LV. First, we meet Bang, a military veteran who relishes the chance to fly starships, even a "bus" like the Wild Blue Yonder. However, even her piloting skills can't avoid the quantum disaster that awaits them. After the crash, we follow Shaw, who has a young daughter whose birthday he missed thanks to the mission. He's the first to recover from the crash; he seems to find Bowers when he picks up his distress signal, but there's a problem: the signal is somehow coming from outer space. Intrigued? Make sure to subscribe to Exoplanet on Audible so you won't miss an episode when it debuts on November 5.
Who Are the Creatives Behind the Scenes of 'Exoplanet'?
Exoplanet is executive produced by Andy Weir, the science fiction novelist behind hits like The Martian and Project Hail Mary. It's written by Benjamin Percy, a novelist and short story writer who's also penned Teen Titans and Green Arrow for DC Comics and Wolverine and X-Force for Marvel. He's recently begun writing The End Times with Stephen King; it's a serial novel set in the world of King's classic novel The Stand.
Exoplanet will premiere exclusively on Audible on November 5. Get more details on Audible and stay tuned to Collider for future updates.
