In the caption of the post, Anne penned to her 34.7 million followers, 'stars, they're just like us,' followed by a yellow start emoji.

The Princess Diaries actress has previously opened up about aging and beauty in the past.

While talking to People last year in September, the mother-of-two expressed to the outlet, 'Aging is just another word for living. And what you do with it from there is personal and up to you.'

'I feel great - I feel better than I did in my twenties because I'm taking much better care of myself.'

When it comes to self-care and focusing on health, the star discussed her decision to give up drinking.

'In my 30s, I had to give up alcohol. I couldn't do it anymore. I couldn't lead the life that I wanted while drinking,' Hathaway stated. 'And in my 40s I'm finding I have to support myself differently nutritionally.'

'I want to go back and talk to my 25-year-old self who felt like she didn't have to do anything and just be like, "Oh honey, honey, there's a whole other world out there and it tastes like an avocado."'

And during an interview with Vogue in August of last year, she recalled the moment that she became interested in skincare.

She recalled working with a fellow actress while in her 20s and 'observed how she took her makeup off at the end of each day. And it was a layered process.'

'Cleansing her skin was a layered process, and something clicked for me. And I started to treat my skin more delicately with more consideration, more thought. And the result was pretty profound to me.'

Anne added, 'And it's funny, because I found that the longer I've made skin care a priority, the less makeup I wear.'

'There's nothing wrong with makeup, and in fact, I wear it quite a lot for my job. But I find that in my life, I'm really happy just being in my skin,' the star revealed.

The beauty later expressed that, 'There's a lot of pressure to do self-care right. And I think that it's not really a right or a wrong.'

'If you're lucky enough to get to a certain age in your life, you realize that your habits are your legacy.'

The Idea Of You star said, 'And I don't know, I get very excited by that. I get very excited about the idea of investing in the self that I hope to be one day.'
