Anna Paul has shocked her fans after receiving a painful-looking injury while swimming in the ocean during a sun-soaked Italian holiday.
The 27-year-old social media star recently posted a clip on social media, capturing her enthusiastically diving into the crystal-clear waters of Capri.
The Queensland-born influencer looked to be having the time of her life as she dived off a boat into the ocean waters, surrounded by rocky cliff faces.
She was later seen swimming in the shallow waters at a local beach, which is where she injured herself.
Anna later revealed the painful aftermath, sharing a photo of a deep gash on the lower part of her right buttock, with the area left red and badly bruised.
'Oh no, I fell,' Anna wrote next to the photo.

It comes after Anna was forced to hit back at a troll after they claimed to spot an 'Ozempic bruise' on her stomach in a photo the influencer had uploaded.
Taking to her Stories, Anna posted a screengrab of the spiky exchange with the fan.
The millionaire TikTokker then revealed that the bruises seen on her body in an earlier post were from a bicycle accident.
'Your Ozempic bruise is showing,' the keyboard warrior messaged Anna after the social media star shared a story.
Anna hit back by sharing an earlier post in which she shows injuries she received after falling off a push bike.
In the picture, Anna, dressed in shorts and a skimpy top, can be seen with bright red bruising and abrasions on her left elbow and stomach.
'Girl, I was being a b****, I honestly wasn't expecting a reply, but yes, that one,' the troll said after Anna asked them to 'confirm' their 'Ozempic bruise' slam was referring to the post–bike accident photo.

Anna had the last word, adding a skull emoji on her post with the message: 'The reality of haters. They just want a reply, HA HA HA.'
Ozempic and its sister drug Wegovy work by lowering blood sugar levels and suppressing glucose made in the liver.
It spurs on weight loss by mimicking the actions of GLP-1, or glucagon-like peptide-1, a hormone that regulates appetite and feelings of satiety in the brain.
