Andy Carroll kisses bikini-clad Lou Teasdale and says 'I love you' after she supported him in hospital through his hamstring surgery

Andy Carroll showered his girlfriend, Lou Teasdale, with affection in a new Instagram Story on Tuesday after she supported him in the hospital through his hamstring surgery. 

The footballer, 37, who revealed last month that he had undergone surgery on a fracture and ligaments, gave his bikini-clad partner, 42, an affectionate kiss on the head as they posed for a loved-up holiday snap. 

Lou looked incredible in a black triangle bikini top as she cosied up to her man during a date day at a beach club. 

Showing his love for his partner, Andy sweetly captioned the post: 'I love you.' 

The post comes almost a week after Andy revealed he had undergone hamstring surgery as he shared a clip from his hospital bed. 

The pro footballer took to the platform fresh from the operating theatre while cosying up to girlfriend Lou in his hospital bed.

Andy was dressed in a gown and attached to a drip, as he wrapped his arm around the hairstylist and planted a kiss on her nose.

Andy sustained a hamstring injury after joining Dagenham & Redbridge last year, causing him to miss the start of the 2025/26 season. 

The couple have been dating since Andy's split from ex-wife Billi Mucklow, 37, in July 2024 after a turbulent two-year marriage.

They began divorce proceedings in September last year. 

Just weeks after their split, he went public with Lou, having reportedly met at Glastonbury in June the same year.

Andy, who earned nine England caps during his career, is currently playing for non-league side Dagenham and Redbridge.

The striker joined the National League South side in the summer, after returning to England following spells at French clubs Amiens and Bordeaux.

Last year, it was claimed that the tumultuous couple had ended their relationship for a second time, after a make-or-break holiday failed to mend their romance.

However, Andy soon took to social media to share a sweet image with Lou, confirming their relationship was still going strong.

The couple first split after a series of rows, with initial reports claiming the footballer dumped the make-up artist after growing fed up with her high-maintenance behaviour. 

Daily Mail exclusively revealed it was in fact Lou who called off the relationship, and just four days later, Andy revealed they had decided to reconcile.
