Amy Madigan recreated the iconic run from her film Weapons while accepting the outstanding performance by a female actor in a supporting role trophy at Actor Awards on Sunday.
The 75-year-old acting veteran's character Aunt Gladys could compel people to charge after her own deadly goals while under a spell in the critically-acclaimed horror mystery.
Director Zach Cregger was inspired by the 1972 Pulitzer Prize–winning photograph - titled The Terror of War - depicting a nine-year-old naked South Vietnamese girl covered in napalm during Vietnam.
Madigan was still in her pose as she made a beeline towards presenter Orlando Bloom, who handed her the trophy onstage at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall.
'Gladys has surprised me. She's getting a lot of love back. I didn't know y'all wanted to hang out with her so [much]!' the Chicago native said in her speech.
'Anyway, this [awards ceremony] is about the actors and I'm so happy for this because I want to give a shoutout to the ensemble, which is the beautiful Julia Garner, Josh Brolin, Alden Ehrenreich, Austin Abrams, little Cary Christopher.

'You know, Benedict Wong, Toby Huss. I mean, all of the little kids who ran around with us, and the stunt people. I did terrorize them, but I let them rip me apart, so it was okay.'
Madigan concluded: 'I wasn't expecting this, but it does really mean a lot to me from my peers.'
The Rebuilding actress previously mimed the run onstage while presenting at the 41st Film Independent Spirit Awards on February 15 alongside host Ego Nwodim.
For her witchy role in Weapons, Madigan also won the Critics Choice Award for best supporting actress on January 4, but she faces an uphill battle for Oscar glory.
Gold Derby predicts that the former singer-pianist has a 25.57 percent chance of winning while One Battle After Another actress Teyana Taylor has a 51.33 percent chance when the 98th Academy Awards air March 15 on ABC/Hulu.
'I mean, did you think Aunt Gladys would end up here at the Oscars? No!' Madigan told Variety on February 20 while laughing.
'Not because of quality, but because of genre bias. But I’ve loved being wrong about this.'
The Uncle Buck alum hasn't been nominated for an Oscar for 40 years since Prizzi's Honor star Anjelica Huston beat her for best supporting actress in 1986.
Madigan is set to reunite with Cregger on a Weapons prequel centered on Gladys following the success of the $38 million-budget movie, which amassed $270 million at the box office.

The Uncle Buck alum said her husband of 42 years, Ed Harris (R, pictured January 11), and their 32-year-old daughter Lily Harris are 'thrilled for me' about the career resurgence
'He's got some ideas and we've talked a little bit about it, but he's finishing up work [on Resident Evil] and we'll see what happens down the road,' the Emmy nominee told Deadline in January.
'If that happens, that would be really exciting, but you know, I don't have any answers to that kind of a thing.'
Madigan said her husband of 42 years, Ed Harris, and their 32-year-old daughter Lily Harris are 'thrilled for me' about the career resurgence.
'He knows what it's all about, and he knows the business side often doesn't coincide with the artistic side,' the Twice in a Lifetime alum told Variety.
'I'm very lucky that I've got someone watching my back.'
Madigan and the 75-year-old Oscar nominee originally met in 1983 while portraying a Texan couple having an affair in Robert Benton's Depression-era drama, Places in the Heart.
Last month, the Lee Strasberg alum shot a guest-star gig as Scarlett Cunningham in the Netflix limited series All The Sinners Bleed, which is showrunner Joe Robert Cole's small-screen adaptation of S.A. Cosby's 2023 novel.
Madigan has also been hard at work on the LA set of James Ponsoldt's AA psychological thriller Sponsor for Apple Original Films co-starring Jason Segel and John C. Reilly.
