Amy Childs has told of how battling stress made her lose 'a little more weight than I wanted' as she embarks on a fitness mission.
The Only Way Is Essex star, 35, sparked concern last year and has since vowed to gain some muscle ahead of her wedding.
She is busy preparing to tie-the-knot with her fiance Billy Delbosq, with the lavish ceremony set to take place later this year.
Addressing her struggle with her weight, Amy admitted that while she was 'overweight and unhappy' before but is now hoping the regain some 'healthy weight' as she works with a nutrition coach.
Sharing a before and after photo to Instagram, the reality TV personality wrote: 'Can’t believe I’m uploading this picture but here goes. The journey so far.
'So I have to be honest with you allI was overweight and unhappy and wanted to achieve...'

Amy continued: 'So I decided to lose weight, during that process, I battled with stress and lost a little more than I wanted, and now I am working with @jon_jkphysique to start phase 2!! Which I am so excited about.
'Which is increase muscle mass, to gain healthy weight and become more toned! (Will keep you updated with pictures on my story)
Got to be honest I am finding this is harder than losing weight, but Jon has been so supportive, understanding and the expert at nutrition, we are a work in progress.
'His results are amazing, for people who want to drop fat, improve their health or understand nutrition, so I know I am in good hands with jon_jkphysique
'Also, did I say I’m getting married this year.'
The mother-of-four previously revealed that training incorrectly and dropping two stone meant she had lost muscle.
Amy's post comes after she revealed to Weekend Magazine the unexpected side effects of her weight loss.
She said: 'I now have a nutrition plan and I train three times a week. I go to Padel and Pilates.'

It's been a tough time for Amy after her brother Billy was rushed to hospital when he was involved in a major car accident last month.
The TOWIE star said 'someone was looking over her brother' after his car was 'written off' as a result of the collision.
Amy admitted she has been 'going through it' and has lost weight as she worries about her mother's health after she suffered a heart attack and juggles parenting her four children, Polly, eight, Ritchie, seven, and twins Billy and Millie, two.
Addressing her weight loss and cruel trolling she's received as a result in an emotional interview with OK! Magazine, she said: 'I'm going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me.
'I worry about my mum constantly. She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack.'
'People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress.'
