The 38-year-old actress, who announced she is expecting her second child , stepped out in casual-chic attire to run errands in the Spanish capital.
She is already mother to her three-year-old daughter Oonagh Paige.
The star looked effortlessly stylish as she bundled up in a sherpa-lined, brown leather trench coat.

Heard paired her stylish outfit with long, black socks and leather loafers with chunky buckles across the top.
Over her long, blonde hair, she sported a black baseball cap.
She kept a low profile as she paired the hat with circular, retro sunglasses for her solo outing.
Last week, the actress revealed that she is expecting her second child and her daughter Oonagh will soon become a big sister.
On Thursday, a rep for Heard told People: 'It is still quite early in the pregnancy, so you will appreciate that we do not want to go into much detail at this stage. Suffice to say that Amber is delighted both for herself and Oonagh Paige.'
Heard currently resides in Madrid, Spain with her daughter, having moved there in the aftermath of the high-profile defamation trial involving her ex-husband Depp.
She welcomed Oonagh in April 2021 and revealed the news that she became a mother three months after her daughter was born.
She made her announcement on Instagram and wrote at the time that she had 'decided I wanted to have a child' four years prior and 'wanted to do it on my own terms.'

Heard shared with her followers: 'I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way.
'I hope we arrive at a point in which it's normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib,' she wrote.
She was previously married to the Pirates of the Caribbean star for two years from 2015 to 2017.
Several years later, the trial between them made headlines. Last year, Heard spoke about how her career won't be tarnished by her personal life.
'I think I've earned respect for that to be its own thing. That's substantial enough,' she said of her acting career in a conversation with Deadline.

'What I have been through, what I've lived through, doesn't make my career at all. And it's certainly not gonna stop my career.'
Likewise, Depp has also moved on. At the San Sebastian International Film Festival in September, he spoke about how he's 'been through a number of things here and there' but is now feeling 'alright.'
'I think we've all been through a number of things, ultimately. Maybe yours wasn't, didn't turn into a soap opera, televised, in fact,' he said.
'But we all experience and go through what we go through. And those things that we are able to live and remember and use, these are your stripes. You never forget them.'
