Amanda Bynes has lost more than 30 pounds with the help of weight loss drug Ozempic and continues to shed pounds as she prepares for her music comeback.

The What a Girl Wants star, who turned 40 on April 3, displayed her thinnest silhouette to date as she picked up an iced coffee at Starbucks in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Bynes was casually clad in white camisole top and heart-patterned slacks, both of which allowed glimpses of her slimmed down physique.

Last year, she revealed she had dropped almost 30 pounds after using Ozempic, a type 2 diabetes drug that is all the rage in Hollywood due to its significant weight loss side effect.

Bynes shared a photo of herself to her Instagram Stories in December 2025, writing, 'I usually don't like paparazzi pictures bc I was 180lbs but now I've lost 28lbs on ozempic! I'm down to 152lbs. I know I still look big but this photo is really inspiring to me!'

Functional nutritionist Monica Partier recently told the Daily Mail the former Nickelodeon star seemed to be losing weight weekly, which has made her overall weight loss even more dramatic.

'She appears about five pounds thinner than she did last month, which means her weight loss drugs are really working for her, so I would put her overall annual weight loss at 35lb and guess she is a size 4,' Partier told the Daily Mail.

'Not all weight loss medications work that well, it really depends on the drug and the person - sometimes it is not a match, sometimes it is,' she said.

'Clearly, the drugs Amanda is using are a good fit. She also looks healthy with glowing skin, which suggests she is eating right. And because there is no extra skin on her arms or around her neck, she is likely working out often to tighten up as she loses weight.'

'It looks like she is doing all the right things,’ Partier added.

The former actress appeared to be calm as usual during her outing ahead of the release of Girlfriend, her first new song in years, on Apple Music and Spotify on Friday.

Earlier in the week, the former Amanda Show star offered a bit of insight into what fans could expect from the track, telling E! News, 'My inspiration was a lot of EDM, as well as rap.'

Bynes signed with the Create Music Group label, who have worked with the likes of Jason Derulo and Deadmau5, and she collaborated with rapper Fenix Flexin on the song.

In a statement, the label revealed, 'GIRLFRIEND blends melodic rap with EDM-inspired production, creating a catchy, high-replay record with a smooth West Coast bounce. Built around a strong hook and confident, flirt-heavy energy, it's designed for repeat listens and wide playlist appeal. Featuring Fenix Flexin, it taps into a familiar L.A. sound while staying fresh and accessible.'
