Pink Speaks Out Amid Carey Hart Breakup Rumors
Being single should be fun—just ask Amanda Batula.
The Summer House star—who announced her separation from husband Kyle Cooke in January—shared an update on her post-breakup mindset, revealing that the end of her four-year marriage has proven to be a positive move forward thus far.
“Honestly, I feel like I’m on cloud nine. Unstoppable,” she told Marie Claire in an interview published March 3, adding that she’s “never been happier.”
But that doesn’t mean the 34-year-old’s decision to part ways with Kyle, 43, came easily. In fact, she admitted that the period leading up to their split was “really heavy,” noting that neither of them “wanted to pull the trigger” on ending the relationship.
“We were both struggling with the decision to call it quits, and that’s where I faded away and lost myself a bit,” she explained. “But it just got to a point where I knew I had given the relationship everything I had, and there was no fight left in me. We looked at each other like, ‘This isn't going to go anywhere.’”
Since Kyle and Amanda shared their breakup news, some Bravo fans have likened the former couple to Vanderpump Rules alums Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval, whose 10-year romance came to a dramatic end in 2023 after he was caught having an affair with their mutual friend Rachel Leviss. And while the scandal opened professional doors for Ariana—like hosting Love Island USA—Amanda views matters much differently.
“Everyone wants this big Ariana Madix moment for women who go through a breakup, but her situation was so different and so awful,” she continued. “There's really no comparison. Kyle and I are good.”
Nonetheless, Amanda’s new single era has seen her embrace her newfound independence, which has helped her kick off her latest chapter on a high note.

“I'm usually a very codependent person,” she explained, “but in the past few months, maybe even longer, I feel really comfortable doing things on my own.”
The graphic designer added, “This isn't a new chapter—it’s a whole new book.”
As for Kyle, the Loverboy founder has also insisted that he and Amanda remain on good terms, noting that breaking up in the public eye has resulted in mixed emotions.
“It's a lot to swallow when your entire relationship from the very, very beginning was on TV. We knew it wasn't gonna be easy,” he told Adam Glyn in a January TikTok video. “There's still a lot of love. It's both the hard part, but also, it's making this easier for the both of us.”
