The 007 First Light auction answers are required when you finally raise $100,000 to speak to Barkhad Ali in Aleph, Mauritania. Bond and Greenway enter the auction as the only newcomers, but Bond messes up: this isn't a standard auction, so cash has no power here. Instead, offers are made with promises, such as Konjevic's offer of funding and implementing the next stage of infrastructure in Aleph.

The first time you'll be called upon by Barkhad Ali is before the auction begins, when you must tell a truth to set a baseline for the polygraph test.
This man hates me
Call me James
Thrilled to be here
Any of the three answers here works, as they're all true. Greenway will, however, tell you to "dial it down."
Next up, you're given the option of making the first bid.
8 million USD
3 million USD
1 million USD
Since all three options are cash totals, again, any of these will succeed. Ali will laugh, however, and tell you that you've forfeited your bid.
The next action you need to take isn't an answer, but when Zhang Leung of the Three Storms Clan presents his bid, you must use your Q-Watch to hack his polygraph machine. He'll be ejected from the auction as a result.

Now it's Bond's turn. You have three options:
Remove Scorpius from Aleph
Next-gen solar panel blueprints
Two long distance missile strikes
Yet again, any of these answers will suffice. Ali will call it a "wonderful offer" before seeing if anyone can beat it. Bachchan can, however, so then Bond has to improvise, by offering "three decades' worth of MI6 intel." Much to Greenway's dismay, of course.
Once this is offered, the auction is complete and you've won the auction. Therefore, the only way to fail here is to miss the prompt to press a button before the time runs out.
