Alex Pike, 46, shows off her youthful looks in black gown as she leads celebrity arrivals at Australian Ballet's Oscar world premiere in Melbourne

Alex Pike ensured all eyes were on her as she lead the celebrity arrivals at The Australian Ballet's Oscar world premiere in Melbourne on Friday. 

The former WAG, 46, walked the red carpet in a chic black ensemble that showed off a hint of midriff. 

The cosmetic nurse, who is Nathan Buckley's ex-girlfriend, opted for a long-sleeved frock with a cutout that flaunted some skin. 

The square shoulders added a high fashion flair and the long length hid her designer heels. 

Alex carried a leather envelope clutch but skipped the accessories to let her dress do the talking. 

She opted for a clean makeup look with a pink-coral lipstick and wore her brunette locks down around her shoulders. 

Also turning heads was Brooke Blurton who stood out in a patterned velvet slip in a caramel tone. 

The former Bachelorette's gown added some interest with some peekaboo black lace along the bust. 

She wore several strings of pearls which matched her bracelet and added a pair of strappy black heels.  

Brooke finished her look with a glowing makeup look and pulled her brunette locks off her face in a slick do. 

Poh Ling Yeow stunned in a layered gothic inspired gown with sections of see-through lace and ruffles. 

The MasterChef Australia star's gown also included dramatic sleeves and she carried a small envelope purse. 

For makeup, the chef chose a fire engine red lipstick and slicked her hair off her face. 

Jessie Murphy looked gorgeous in a white, fitted dress a she posed alongside husband Marc Murphy. 

The WAG showed off her incredible figure in the frock, which had a split at the calf that placed her pins on show. 

She completed the look with towering white heels and carried a designer handbag in the same tone. 

Jessie chose a warm-toned makeup look with peachy blush and a pink-nude lipstick while wearing her blonde locks down and straight. 

Footballer Marc meanwhile was dapper in a black tuxedo worn with a white dress shirt and bowtie. 

Patti Newton put in a glamorous appearance in a leopard fur coat over a leaf design tunic. 

The television legend added a pair of black trousers and kept comfortable in sneakers.  

Ash Pollard commanded attention in a classy pale green number paired with nude pointed heels. 

The My Kitchen Rules star carried a lime green purse and and opted for a rosy makeup look with pale pink lipstick. 

Josh Thomas kept things bright in an orange suit worn over a black dress shirt and paired with maroon shoes. 

The comedian beamed as he posed alongside his mother, Rebecca Thomas, the pair enjoying a mum and son date night.
