Adam Peaty's estranged family have reportedly branded Gordon Ramsay a 'bully' after he claimed their fallout with the swimmer was 'self-inflicted'.

The TV chef, 59, walked influencer daughter Holly down the aisle at Bath Abbey last month amid a bitter feud which saw Adam's mother Caroline disinvited and his sister Bethany the only relative in attendance.

Gordon told the Daily Mail that he and his wife Tana had 'done nothing wrong' and despite reports suggesting otherwise had treated the Peaty family 'like royalty'. You can read his full interview here.

But one relative has claimed the Ramsay's denial is a pack of lies and said the TV chef had now 'pushed the family too far'.

They said: 'How bl***y dare they. The sheer gall of them.

The Ramsays did not treat Caroline like royalty at all – they treated her as though she was nothing. They ignored her existence and not once did Mrs Ramsay return any of Caroline's texts.'

They told The Sun: 'The get together lunch they promised on the day of the engagement never materialised either.'

The Daily Mail have contacted Gordon Ramsay's representatives for comment.

Last month the family reportedly told friends they have 'given up hope' of reconciling with their son after Gordon's latest social media comment.

The chef referred to himself as 'dad' in a comment on Adam's wedding video where the Olympian said he would 'always choose' his new wife Holly

An insider told The Sun: 'It's been a really emotional time for them as a family. They're coming to terms with what has happened and that Adam has picked his side.

'It's dashed any hope of reconciliation in the near future. They're keeping their heads down and trying to move on quietly. It's clear Adam's made his choice.'

On Adam's wedding video, which he shared on Instagram, Gordon wrote: 'Beautiful words @adamramsaypeaty True Love congratulations love you both so much Dad.

The Daily Mail has contacted Adam's reps for comment.

The couple's big day was overshadowed by an ugly family dispute. The Sun reported that in his father of the bride speech Gordon commented on how beautiful Holly looked and told Adam he was a 'lucky man', adding: 'Look at Tana and that's what you have to look forward to.'

The publication went on to claim that Gordon couldn't resist a sly dig at Adam's absent parents he told his daughter Holly: 'Shame you don't have the same.'

It was later revealed that swimmer Adam's estranged mother had been left 'outraged' and 'hurt' that Gordon referred to their bitter family feud in his speech.

A family source told the Daily Mail she was left horrified by the moment in the speech and believed the celebrity chef had 'pre planned' the cruel swipe against her, calling it 'cruel' and 'very hurtful'.

Gordon doubled down on his speech as he appeared on This Morning last month, insisting that what he had to say at the wedding reception was 'perfect and warm'.

He said: 'It's tough, honestly. Being the dad with three daughters, you dream of that moment and that moment arrives and you're just like a hot mess.

'But, the speech was perfect, it went well and you've got to find that… You've got to be warm, emotional… It's a tough gig.'

Daughter Tilly admitted that she had listened to the speech ahead of the big day, chiming in: 'I think it was Christmas Eve, I was sat in his room for an hour as he was just reading through it.

The newlyweds recently enjoyed a lavish £6,000-a-night honeymoon in Mauritius gifted to them by Gordon and Tana

'Going through everything but no tweaks were needed, it was perfect. It made everybody cry.'

Holly defended her father's speech despite Caroline's outrage, saying she felt 'overwhelmed with happiness' during it.

In an interview with British Vogue, Holly shared a photo of herself and Adam smiling and laughing during Gordon's speech.

'Listening to dad's speech, looking around the room and feeling overwhelmed with the love and the happiness on our guests' faces,' she said.

In another jibe at the estranged Peaty family, Holly revealed that her parents paid for her and Adam's luxurious £6,000- a-night honeymoon to Mauritius.

She shared numerous snaps of the wedding with the fashion publication, including a rather awkward one of Holly and Adam posing with her parents and David and Victoria Beckham.

With Adam's parents not in attendance at the wedding, they stood alongside the groom in the photo with Gordon and Tana alongside Holly.

Adam is thought to have not mentioned his family or parents in his speech, instead praising his swim coach Mel Marshall for being his 'everything', and for 'grounding and inspiring' him.

The roots of the family conflict go back to September 2024, when Adam and Holly snubbed wider members of the Peaty family by not inviting them to their engagement party.

Caroline, who spent years ferrying her son to early–morning training sessions, was also not invited to Holly's glamorous hen do at Soho Farmhouse in the Cotswolds, even though the bride's mother, Tana, and friends including Victoria, were at the extravagant bash.
