EXCLUSIVE: Actress Aziza Scott has inked with Artists First for management.
Scott is coming off of success with One of Them Days, a buzzy TriStar Pictures comedy where she appeared alongside Keke Palmer and SZA. Directed by Lawrence Lamont from a script by Syreeta Singleton — both making their feature debut — the film grossed over $51M worldwide at a challenging time for theatrical comedies and has a sequel in development.
Next up, Scott will be seen opposite Regé-Jean Page and Halle Bailey in You, Me & Tuscany, Universal Pictures’ Italy-set rom-com from Marry Me helmer Kat Coiro, which releases in theaters on April 10.
Formerly a series regular on Apple’s Home Before Dark, Scott has also been seen in series such as Insecure (HBO), Murder in the First (TNT), The Fosters (Freeform) and Twenties (Showtime). She continues to be represented by TalentWorks and Molly Fenton at Cohen & Gardner.
