Abbie Chatfield has hit back at a fan after posing braless in front of a billboard for her podcast, It's A Lot.

The media personality, 29, was in Melbourne with her boyfriend Adam Hyde when they came across the billboard for her podcast on the corner of Bourke and Swanston Streets.

Abbie posed for a braless photo in front of the billboard, which she then posted to her Instagram, before it was subsequently shared by Spotify Australia and New Zealand's official account.

However one fan took issue with Abbie's fashion choices, writing, 'I feel like I need to send a bra or something...like yeah let the girls out...but not all the time.'

Abbie hit back at her follower in a crude tirade on her Instagram Stories.

'I'm not going "Oh my God I'm not wearing a bra today, political statement, feminist." I'm going "guys, I got f***ed for an hour this morning and I'm wearing this top and it's comfy and I'm on my walk with my boyfriend to get a coffee and I'm on a billboard,"' Abbie shot back.

'I'm not sitting here going "I'm going to make everyone angry by not wearing a bra today." I just am existing with perfect t**s and it's a burden I deal with every single day.'

Earlier in her multiple Instagram Story rant, Abbie theorised about why this particular fan felt the need to comment on the reality star's breasts.

'We all know why she's so upset. She's a woman of a different generation. She has been taught to hate her body.

'She's been told [not wearing a bra is] unladylike, that it's going to make her look older, make her age. Blah blah blah, she's a victim of the patriarchy,' Abbie insisted.

It comes as Abbie hosted her ex Matt Agnew, who she fell in love with on The Bachelor in 2019, on her podcast.

Abbie was left devastated in the finale when Matt chose Chelsie McLeod as his match, with the star confessing she was 'shocked' by the decision at the time.

Now, the exes have revealed the truth behind their 's**t' break-up as they shed light on the emotional scenes more than five years on.

Reuniting for a two-part episode of Abbie's podcast It's A Lot, Matt, 36, admitted it was 'really tough' as he told how there was a 'genuine' connection between them.

'That was tough, a really tough day for you, again not as tough for me,' Matt quipped. 'It was still hard like because there's, there was genuine connection.

'It's an intense situation for, for all parties I think. Having to do that and like literally stand there on camera knowing that I'm about to really hurt someone that I care about was a s**t thing.'

Acknowledging Abbie's heartbreak, he went on: 'It was a s**t experience or even more s**t for you. But it was, it was not like it was some cakewalk for me.'

Matt when on to criticise the final edit of their blossoming romance on The Bachelor as he and Abbie slammed her portrayal as the 'villain' of the series.

'It was like you were this mastermind that was being suggested, that you were playing me, that you were playing the game, it was a bizarre narrative that someone got legs,' he said of Abbie's edit.
