A world-famous pop star looks completely unrecognisable in a TV guest appearance 13 years ago.

The singer, who is now a two-time Grammy Award winner, looked worlds away from herself as she performed on Ross Lynch and Laura Marano's Disney show, Austin & Ally in 2013.

The now blonde bombshell previously had long brunette tresses which she styled in bunches while dancing and performing song, Who I Am, during a talent show.

The A-list star rocked a pair of chunky black framed glasses and wore a white shirt tucked into a red skirt and purple knee high socks, which is a far cry from her daring dazzling outfits during her sold-out tours today.

Following the appearance, the child star went on to bag her own Disney show, Girl Meets World, portraying Maya Hart alongside Rowan Blanchard (Riley Matthews) from 2014 until 2017.

But can you guess who this pop star is?

It's Sabrina Carpenter!

The hitmaker now looks unrecognisable as she shed her Disney image for her now provocative, lingerie-inspired stage outfits and explicit lyrics.

In the video, Sabrina, who made her TV debut on Law & Order two years earlier, danced around and showed off her singing voice for the first time.

After finding fame on Disney's Girl Meets World, the Espresso songstress went on to star in Adventures in Babysitting in 2016 and in the Disney+ film Clouds in 2020.

Sabrina went on to follow in the footsteps of many other Disney stars including Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato as she successfully pivoted to music.

She catapulted to global superstardom in 2024, by the viral success of her singles Espresso and Please Please Please, and her sixth studio album, Short n' Sweet.

The songstress went on to open for mega star and friend Taylor Swift during her amazing Eras tour.

It comes after Sabrina sent shockwaves through the Grammys stage on Sunday night after appearing to be censored mid-performance while delivering her razor-sharp track Manchild.

As she sang the hit song, widely believed by fans to be a thinly veiled dig at ex Barry Keoghan, producers scrambled to keep the performance network-safe by redacting her explicit lyrics.

That's right it's global superstar Sabrina Carpenter, who successfully pivoted to music after finding fame on Disney Channel

Ahead of finding fame on Disney's Girl Meets World, Sabrina made her TV debut on Austin & Ally and also starred in Adventures in Babysitting in 2016 and in Disney+ film Clouds in 2020

This includes the chorus: 'Man-child/Why you always come a-running to me? F**k my life/Won't you let an innocent woman be?/Never heard of self-care/ Half your brain just ain't there/Man-child Why you always come a-running, taking all my loving from me?'

The pop star, who was among the night's most buzzed-about performers, took the stage at the Grammy Awards at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles dressed as a sexy pilot, rocking a white corset-style bodysuit with a plunging neckline, matching knee-high lace-up boots and a pillbox-style cap.

'Hey Grammys, how ya doing? It’s your captain Sabrina speaking,' she said. 'If you came here tonight for a little validation, stand up and I want you to put your hands together!'

The daring performance saw the singer emerge from a moving baggage conveyor belt into a faux terminal branded 'SCA' for Sabrina Carpenter Airlines.

Manchild, which is the lead single off Carpenter's 2025 album Man's Best Friend, is a biting, playful anthem that many believe references her brief but headline-grabbing romance with Keoghan.

Lyrics calling out emotional immaturity and mixed signals only fueled speculation, especially given the very public timing of their split.

She was joined by an eclectic lineup of backup dancers dressed as airline passengers and staff, including an astronaut and priest.

At the end of the performance, Carpenter theatrically pulled out a live dove.

Despite the apparent censorship, the performance quickly became one of the most talked-about moments of the night.

Fans flooded X within minutes, with fans applauding her for delivering one of the Grammys' most daring performances.

'From the moment this performance started I was captivated from start to end ladies and gentlemen Sabrina knows how to put on a show,' one viewer wrote.

Another X user raved: 'My favorite thing about a Sabrina Carpenter performance is that you can tell she's truly having the time of her life and i love that for her.'

This marks her second consecutive Grammys performance, just one year after making her debut, as a first-time nominee, at the award show.
