She used an “Oura ring paired with the Natural Cycles app” to monitor her basal body temperature. Tigerlily took daily ovulation tests and ate Japanese fertility foods. She also relied on acupuncture. Tigerlily got a “fertility medical procedure done” to determine her fertility.

Tigerlily told her Instagram followers that she got pregnant right away after she saw an acupuncturist.
