9 Of The Best RPGs on Switch 2 Are Currently On Sale

There’s an Amazon Prime deal thing going on right now, I guess? I don’t follow all that too closely, but I do keep an eye out for discounts on RPGs, especially the ones I haven’t gotten to. Switch 2 has a bunch of them, and if you like physical games like me, even if they’re game key cards (boo, hiss), then you’re in luck. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and more are currently on sale.

Here’s the full list:

  • Final Fantasy VII Intergrade (Walmart) – $25 (38 percent off)
  • Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (Amazon) – $35 (30 percent off)
  • The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales (Amazon) – $45 (20 percent off)
  • Octopath Traveler 0 (Amazon) – $30 (40 percent off)
  • Dragon Quest VII Reimagined (Amazon) – $38 (37 percent off)
  • Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster (Target) – $32 (20 percent off)
  • Pokémon Legends Z-A (Walmart) – $40 (43 percent off)
  • Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection (Amazon) – $56 (20 percent off)
  • Persona 3 Reload (Amazon) – $30 (50 percent off)

Not bad. The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales and Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection both came out earlier this year, so it’s forgivable that they’re not that much cheaper. The former is an HD-2D action-RPG full of old-school vibes. The latter is a really good turn-based RPG.

Otherwise, the Final Fantasy VII games both run pretty decently on Switch 2, and are required playing if you want to be ready for Revelation next spring. Persona 3 Reload is the best deal of the bunch. One of the best games on the list at the best price. Personally, I’m picking up Pokémon Legends Z-A for my kids. We’ll save it for Christmas. By then, they’ll probably be done with Aniimo and be ready for the real thing.
