While there aren't too many new releases across all major streaming platforms this week, these are the five best new shows arriving in the coming days. Between brand new series premieres and highly anticipated returning series, these five shows should be the biggest new hits that everyone will be watching this week on Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV, and Prime Video.

Born To Bowl

HBO just dropped the premiere of a new 5-part docuseries called Born to Bowl on Monday, March 16. Narrated by Liev Schreiber, who famously voices HBO's various Hard Knocks series every NFL season, Born to Bowl follows five competitors on the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) Tour. New episodes of Born to Bowl will be released every Monday on HBO and HBO Max until its finale arrives on April 13. If you love all things sports, give the series premiere of Born to Bowl a watch tonight.

Imperfect Women

One of the most highly anticipated new streaming releases this week is Imperfect Women on Apple TV, which drops its 2-part premiere this Wednesday, March 18. Featuring a star-studded cast led by Kerry Washington, Elizabeth Moss, and Kate Mara, Imperfect Women consists of 8 episodes, with its finale set to arrive on Apple TV on April 29.

Based on the book by Araminta Hall, Imperfect Women was created for television by Annie Weisman, who is best known for shows such as Suburgatory, Physical, and Desperate Housewives. The series follows an investigation of the murder of a wealthy woman, which reveals dark secrets about her life. Apple TV subscribers won't want to miss this exciting new mystery thriller series.

Beauty In Black

One of the biggest new releases on Netflix this week is the season 2, part 2 drop of Beauty in Black, which arrives on Thursday, March 19. Beauty in Black premiered on Netflix back in 2024 and has generally been a streaming hit. Created by Tyler Perry, Beauty in Black follows two women with contrasting lives who suddenly become interconnected in intense and dangerous ways.

Beauty in Black is loaded with non-stop drama, which is certainly one of its most promising qualities. That said, viewers should be aware that this series certainly isn't going to any Emmy Awards, so keep that in mind before pressing play. Beauty in Black offers plenty of episodes to dive into, starting with its 16-part first season, which is great if you're looking for a long-term binge on Netflix.

Jury Duty: Company Retreat

Amazon Prime Video is offering some of the best new series this week, including the season 2 premiere of Jury Duty: Company Retreat. While the series is technically the second season of the 2023 surprise hit reality series Jury Duty, which received 4 Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Comedy Series, this latest installment features a new protagonist who believes he is a temporary assistant at a hot sauce company.

Prime Video will drop the 3-part premiere of Jury Duty: Company Retreat on Friday, March 20, with two additional batches of episodes set to release on March 27 and April 3. Jury Duty: Company Retreat will follow Anthony, a temp assistant, who attends a corporate retreat unaware that every person he believes to be his new coworkers is a paid actor, setting up hilarious and shocking scenarios that will put Anthony's character to the test.

Deadloch

The most anticipated new series arriving this week is the season 2 premiere of Deadloch on Prime Video this Friday, March 20. Deadloch season 1 earned a rare perfect 100% Rotten Tomatoes score, setting a high bar for the genre-blending crime comedy series. Considered one of the best modern series out ot Austrailia, Deadloch contains elements of satire to acclaimed murder mystery shows like Broadchurch but still holds up as a solid crime thriller. The first two episodes of Deadloch season 2 drop this Friday only on Prime Video.
