Three licensed modern TV classics are scheduled to leave Netflix US in the first week of November. Although Netflix will add plenty of movies and shows to its catalog this month, dozens of other titles are ready to be removed. This includes "Netflix Original" co-productions like the four-part Gilmore Girls revival, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, on November 25, and the first and only two seasons of the witty dark British comedy series The End of the F***ing World on November 5. Luckily, they're watchable in six hours or less; viewers still have time to binge before the shows leave Netflix.

It's not just Netflix Originals disappearing from the app's "Home" page, unfortunately. Three classic licensed TV shows are scheduled to leave soon, among others, as their one-year licensing deals expire. According to What's On Netflix, the streamer went on a licensing spree this time last year, bringing back previous success alongside other hits that deserved a second chance in the spotlight. Anyone looking to revisit an iconic British crime drama, a classic literary masterpiece, or a hilarious, raunchy comedy series, now is the time to catch them on Netflix. Unless the streamer strikes some new licensing deals, they won't be around much longer.

Broadchurch (2013-2017)

One of the most iconic British crime dramas of all time, all three seasons of Broadchurch are scheduled to leave Netflix US (again) on Sunday, November 1. Starring the incredible dynamic duo of David Tennant and Olivia Colman and created by former Doctor Who showrunner Chris Chibnall, ITV's Broadchurch is a gripping, haunting exploration of how the most heinous crimes can affect a small-town community and destroy people's lives. Each season has a different focus.

Season 1 sees Tennant's rough, curmudgeonly DI Alec Hardy and Colman's local, caring DS Ellie Miller investigate the death of 11-year-old Danny Latimer. Season 2 follows the aftermath of the Latimer case in court, while season 3 brings back the show's original mystery structure, as Hardy and Miller investigate a horrific sexual assault. The series ran for 24 episodes; the total runtime is 18 hours and 44 minutes. As such, there isn't much time left to binge the whole show, but it's certainly worth it.

Little Women (2017)

Before Greta Gerwig wowed the world with her 2019 feature film adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's classic Little Women, the BBC and PBS co-produced a three-episode miniseries version. Adapted by Call the Midwife's Heidi Thomas, the show features gorgeous cinematography and an undeniably talented cast, including Stranger Things' Maya Hawke as Jo March, Katherine Newton as Amy, Willa Fitzgerald as Meg, Annes Elwy as Beth, The Little Mermaid's Jonah Hauer-King as Laurie, Emily Watson as Marmee, and the legendary Michael Gambon and Angela Lansbury as Mr. Laurence and Aunt March, respectively.

Though several Little Women adaptations have been produced over the years, including the beloved 1994 film version starring Winona Ryder and Christian Bale, each one brings something new to the table. Despite its tragedies, this story is a warm, comforting hug. With a runtime of just 2 hours and 54 minutes, this adaptation can easily be watched in a single afternoon. Catch it before it leaves Netflix on Sunday, November 1.

Minx (2022-2023)

Minx is one of the most underrated dramedies of the last few years. An unglamorous, raunchy, decidedly R-rated '70s period drama (the show features quite a lot of nudity), Minx follows ambitious feminist Joyce (Ophelia Lovibond) as she and her unlikely business partner, Doug, a cunning adult entertainment publisher played by New Girl's Jake Johnson, try to launch the first erotic magazine aimed at a female audience. While the premise may seem outrageous, the show excels at developing meaningful character relationships. Both Lovibond and Johnson turn in stellar performances.

Minx had a bumpy journey during its original broadcast. Created for HBO Max, the show was renewed for a second season, only to be canceled while production was already well underway as part of Warner Bros. Discovery's post-COVID tax write-off spree. Starz then saved it for season 2, which premiered in July 2023, during the SAG-AFTRA strike in Hollywood. The show was officially axed again (and for good) in January 2024. Still, it's certainly worth a watch before its scheduled Netflix departure on Wednesday, November 4. Minx is only about 9 hours long, so now is the time to start. Everything that's new to Netflix can wait.
