Where Yolanda Hadid introduced viewers to her lemon groves on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador showed off her nine lemons in a bowl. The zany housewife has become a fan-favorite, not only for her kooky beliefs and superstitions, but also for how authentic she has always been. No matter the hard times that Shannon has gone through, she has always been transparent on the series. From her tumultuous marriage to David Beador, to their uncomfortable divorce, even her recent DUI is being foregrounded in Season 18. The one thing that Shannon seemingly has been trying to keep under wraps is her apparent drinking problem, which she chooses to deny.

After her divorce, Shannon began her health food business, Real for Real Cuisine. She eventually built the company, and it became a featured product on the QVC shopping channel. After the success of the prepared meals line, Shannon also developed supplements under the Real for Real brand. In Season 17 of Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon also announced that she is partnering with her longtime holistic specialist, Dr. In Eon Moon. Together, Shannon and Dr. Moon are developing an at-home colonic product called a Sitolonic. Although Shannon joked that she wasn't quite making a profit yet, but has been breaking even, she is still doing well enough to land herself among the richest of the rich in Housewives history.

19 Dina Manzo

RHONJ - (TV Personality, Interior Decorator, Entrepreneur) - Net Worth: $25 million

Dina Manzo promo on 'RHONJ.' Image via Bravo

Dina Manzo helped to launch Real Housewives of New Jersey, with her brother and sister Chris Laurita and Caroline Manzo, and their New Jersey friend group. In 2017, Dina married Dave Cantin, founder of the Dave Cantin Group, a financial advisory company. Caroline is married to Albert Manzo, the brother of Dina's ex-husband, Thomas Manzo. Dina's wedding to Manzo was featured on the VH1 series My Fabulous Wedding.

The Manzos' alleged connections to organized crime were addressed in RHONJ, and once Dina was preparing for her wedding to Cantin, the accusation was raised once more. Thomas Manzo was accused of organizing a robbery of Cantin's home that included enlisting the help of a member of the Lucchese crime family to assault Dina and Cantin during the home invasion. Thomas stood trial in June 2024, and was convicted of committing a violent crime in aid of racketeering, conspiracy to commit a violent crime in aid of racketeering, and one count of falsifying and concealing documents related to a federal investigation. Dina is an interior designer, and she also owns a skincare line, Glow by Dina. She has guest-starred in a number of reality series, including "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," and "Iron Chef America." She owns multiple real-estate holdings and is also actively involved in her charitable foundation, Project Ladybug, which lends assistance to children fighting cancer.

18 Luann de Lesseps

RHONY (TV Personality, Singer, Performer) - Net Worth: $25 million

Luann de Lesseps has to be the housewife who has undergone the wildest transformation since she helped to launch Real Housewives of New York City in 2008. Luann was first introduced to viewers as a former nurse and model, who had become a stuffy and elitist New Yorker who used her newfound celebrity from the series to publish a book on etiquette. Luann insisted on being addressed as "the Countess" in the series, as she was married to Count Alexandre de Lesseps (whose family presented the Statue of Liberty to the United States). Since then, Luann delivered thirteen stellar seasons on RHONY, plus two spin-offs through her appearance on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, and her series with Sonja Morgan called Welcome to Crappie Lake.

RHONY featured many highs in the Countess' life, but also many lows, including her divorce from the Count due to rumored infidelity in 2009, and her arrest for disorderly intoxication in 2017. Now Luann is jetting around the world with her cabaret series, where she can mimic and mock her Countess persona while performing smoky renditions of her own line-up of singles, plus some jazzy covers along the way. She has also made appearances on many TV shows, including The Today Show, The View, and Wendy Williams, Luann also has an impressive real-estate portfolio.

17 Caroline Stanbury

RHODubai (TV Personality, Entrepreneur, Designer, Podcast Host) – Net Worth: $30 million

Caroline Stanbury in her Real Housewives of Dubai Season 2 press portrait. Image via Bravo

Caroline Stanbury is the poshest of posh Housewives. Her stiff-upper-lip upbringing has led to accusations of her being distant, and often leads to misunderstandings between her and the other wives on Real Housewives of Dubai, who seem to expect different emotional reactions than what they receive from their posh friend. Season 1 introduced Caroline and her husband, Sergio Carrallo, a former professional soccer player who follows his wife about as though still in the puppy-love stage. The much younger man is eager to be a father, despite his wife's avowed disinterest in children. Caroline was contemplating appeasing Sergio in Season 1, and in the second season she has inched closer to the idea of having a baby with her husband, although her daughter from a previous marriage is slightly horrified at the idea.

Season 2 has also shown the couple moving into their swanky Dubai mansion with its $50,000 sofa. This season, Caroline has made peace with co-star Chanel Ayan, though the two sparred frequently in Season 1. In Season 2, Caroline's ire has instead turned towards Sara Al Madani, who has gotten under the cool Brit's skin. As Caroline Brooks is working on calming her temper, Sara has turned into the "Brooks whisperer," helping her to communicate with the group through her anger, and Caroline is totally annoyed by their new dynamic. The best thing about Caroline Stanbury is you never need to guess what her opinion on a situation is, whether her co-stars ask for it or not. Much of Caroline's wealth is generational, as she comes from a well-off British family. Her first marriage was also with a Turkish millionaire, and presumably, when their divorce was final, Caroline walked away with a hefty settlement. Caroline has also turned to the influencer space in recent years. She has over 700K followers on Instagram and her income is supplemented by endorsement deals.

16 Crystal Kung Minkoff

RHOBH (TV Personality, Entrepreneur) – Net Worth: $30 million

crystal-minkoff-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills Image via Peacock

Crystal Minkoff was an underrated addition to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast. Her unbothered attitude got under her co-stars' skin, as they would often accuse her of not speaking up, only to harass her when they did not like what she had to say. Crystal shared her life in many ways, opening up about her struggles with an eating disorder, sharing hilarious outtake moments of conversations with her housekeeper, and her married life with filmmaker Rob Minkoff and their two children. Her fabulous lifestyle comes not only from her husband's successful career scoring iconic films, most notably the Disney film The Lion King, but Crystal is also a successful entrepreneur in her own right.

Presumably through her husband's connections, Crystal did land a job voicing a character in the animated TV series Zootopia+, but that was just a side hustle. Though it was not featured on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Crystal runs an incredibly successful coconut water company, Real Coco, shared with her brother. The siblings appear in several scenes together as they repair their relationship after Crystal and her mom seemingly influenced a break-up between the musician and his girlfriend. In 2022, Crystal was also paid an undisclosed amount by the Chinese government to promote the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Tinsley MortimerĀ in RHONY

Tinsley then went on to appear in RHONY from Season 9 to Season 12. Tinsley graduated from Columbia University with a very demure degree in art history. She has her own line of handbags and clothing in Japan for fashion house Samantha Thavasa, and her handbags are also carried in the Madison Avenue store. Tinsley also authored the book Southern Charm, and contributed to the best-selling book The Park Avenue Diet.

13 Yolanda Hadid

RHOBH (TV Personality, Model) – Net Worth: $45 million

yolanda-hadid-rhobh Image via Peacock

Yolanda Hadid was the perfect entry into Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 3 of the series. Viewers were first introduced to Yolanda as she prepped her teenage daughter Gigi Hadid for a photo shoot as she stepped into her mother's shoes to pursue a career as a fashion model. Yolanda would eventually keep herself busy managing all three of her kids' careers, as Bella Hadid and Anwar Hadid joined their older sister in the modeling world. Yolanda's idyllic life on her estate filled with lemon groves seemed effortlessly perfect, down to her photo-ready refrigerator filled with nothing but fruits and vegetables. Yolanda also presented a picture-perfect version of her marriage to musician David Foster on the series, always calling him "my love" and hosting lavish dinner parties together with piano-filled sing-alongs. Although David would have preferred it if the singing had been left to the professionals. Yolanda never seemed to allow anything to disrupt her picture-perfect modern family, even upholding a strong relationship with her ex-husband, real-estate developer Mohamed Hadid, who was a nearby neighbor. But Yolanda's marriage to David unfortunately succumbed to the "Housewives' curse," as the musician seemed to pull further and further away as Yolanda struggled with what was at first an unknown illness that turned out to be Lyme disease.

Yolanda's reoccurring and mysterious symptoms even led to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Lisa Rinna accusing her new friend of having the psychological condition known as Munchausen syndrome, where an individual is thought to feign or self-induce symptoms in order to draw sympathy for themselves. This suggestion caused such a rift that Yolanda eventually departed the series, amid her sudden divorce after four years of marriage. Yolanda's lucrative career and her divorce settlements have set her and her children up for their jet-setting lifestyle, although these days much of her time is spent on her Pennsylvania farm with her granddaughter. Recently, she has also been spending time in Texas with her boyfriend, Joseph Jingoli, amid daughter Bella's romance with cowboy Adan Banuelos.

1 Nina Ali

Nina Ali was a part of the premiere season of Bravo's most recent Housewives series, Real Housewives of Dubai. While she did not return for the second season, her impact on the franchise cannot be ignored. The ultra-wealthy socialite dipped her toe into the Housewives' drama as the ladies got to know each other in Season 1. When Nina eventually began to pal around with newcomer to Dubai Caroline Stanbury, also a high-born alum from Ladies of London, her co-stars began to gossip furiously. According to Caroline Brooks and Lesa Milan, Nina was the one lady in the group who had been speaking negatively about the British blonde bombshell. By the reunion in Season 1, the ladies were so fractured that Nina chose not to return to the group. Nina's estimated net worth comes largely from her marriage to the founder of a cryptocurrency company in Dubai, Munaf Ali. Ali has a work history with roles at Citibank in London and the United Arab Emirates, in real estate development, and building corporations across different hospitality and leisure sectors. With all his different business endeavors, his net worth, though hard to pin down exactly, has been estimated at over the billion dollar mark. When Nina was starting her family she began posting photos to Instagram and eventually built a huge following on her page @lipstockmommy. Nina told Harper's Bazaar Arabia "It's because of my followers and their support that I am who I am today."

Nina built her following largely through her mom-centric content and feels that she has devoted fans because of her honesty and authenticity. In 2011, Nina also started her own business venture, selling beautiful "fruit cakes" that are not of the grandmother's holiday variety. Together with her husband, Nina has elevated the Housewives franchise to the billionaire's club.
