Brittany Curran was arrested for public intoxication this week, just nine months after being booked for 'drunk and disorderly' conduct.

The 36-year-old actress, who is known for her roles in 13 Going On 30 as well as shows The Magicians and Chicago Fire, was involved in the incident shortly before 2am on Monday, October 19.

A representative for the Burbank Police Department told the Daily Mail that officers responded to a call regarding a 'suspicious person' that had been knocking on a resident's door.

Upon arriving to the scene, the police identified the woman as Curran and noted she had been showing 'objective signs of alcohol intoxication.'

Curran was then arrested after being told repeatedly to return to her residence nearby, but did not do so.

She was then taken to a local jail before being booked for public intoxication.
