There are many single residences looking for love in The Sims 4. They range in age from curious teens, young adults looking for a spouse, or even older Sims wanting to rekindle their romantic days. But you need to consider your own goal when courting these suitors. Are you looking for a fun fling, a loving partner, or a chance to start a family? Maybe your Sim is more materialistic, looking to get rich or move into a larger home.
Wooing your chosen Sim will depend on which TS4 expansions you have installed. TS4: Lovestruck adds turn-ons and turn-offs, which can affect how likely it is to attract a mate. Sims are also easily impressed by celebrities from TS4: Get Famous. But, the same celebrities may balk at associating with common plebs. Finally, you can easily meet all sorts of people via clubs in TS4: Get Together and student organizations with TS4: Discover University.

Kyle Kyleson Of San Sequoia
The Life Of The Party In The Sims
Kyle Kyleson is the loveable drifter included with TS4: Get Together. He is Lazy and Clumsy, but is rounded out by also having the Genius trait. Additionally, he is a master of the Comedy skill and is great at making up a funny first impression.
However, he begins each new game of TS4 unemployed and homeless. As an NPC, he does take up local jobs like bar tender or maid. But, upon being added to a family he won’t have a career goal. But, his love of comedy can make him a great Entertainer, provided you also train him in some kind of music.

Holly Alto Of Del Sol Valley
On Her Way To Stardom In The Sims 4
Like Kyle, Holly Alto is another homeless Sim running around town. Despite the name, she isn’t the same character as her TS3 namesake. However, she is a level six painter, giving her a good amount of potential income. To help with her craft she has the Muser, Art Lover, Creative, and Perfectionist traits.
The biggest reason to romance her is that she begins TS4 as a three-star celebrity. It can be a bit hard to impress her if you aren’t climbing the fame ladder already. But, if you are, then dating Holly can quickly get you into exclusive lounges and meet other famous people.

Jade Rosa Of Windenburg
Both A Fun And Tidy Roommate
Jade is one of the four roommates occupying the Partihaus. Among them, she is the most career driven with being an office assistant. She has the Outgoing, Ambitious, Neat, and Business Savvy traits. Additionally, she has extremely charismatic and knows how to get on anyone’s good side.
The Gallery is a great way of sharing lots in The Sims 4. But, without testing parts of them your creations can be broken for other players.
The Partihaus Factory One itself is compact, so you might want to pursue dates on a bigger public lot. Additionally, Jade is likely to start a romance with one of her roommates, Marcus Flex or Paolo Rocca, or possibly other singles in Windenburg. You’ll need to meet and woo her quickly before she finds another lover.

Johnny Zest Of Oasis Springs
A Rough Start But Huge Potential
According to their family bios, Johnny Zest is the disowned son of Nancy and Geoffrey Landgraab. Though you won’t know this as they are aren’t enemies and begin TS4 as strangers. Still, they might reconcile and put you in good standing with a rich family, provided you have a genuine romance with Johnny.
Johnny owns his own place, but it isn’t much to look at. It has the basics of a kitchen and bathroom, but he even sleeps in a single bed. This may indicate that he doesn’t expect to woohoo anytime soon. Still, with the Ambitious, Outgoing, and Goofball traits he is likely to be very intriguing.

Kevin Puri Of Copperdale
The Eager Exchange Student
Kevin is a foreign exchange student living with the Price family. He is already best friends with Sidney Price, and will likely become friendly with the other siblings when they age up. Kevin stays in the Price guesthouse, giving him ample privacy.
Kevin has both the Romantic and Socially awkward traits, making his love life a roller coaster. Early trailers for TS4: High School Years hinted that Kevin was a spoof of Nick Miller from New Girl. He even had a crush on a girl named Jess, but she wasn’t included in the expansion pack. That leaves room for your own teen Sim to seep Kevin off his feet.

Alex Moyer Of The Tutorial
A Friend By Circumstance
Alex serves as your first roommate when trying out the tutorial lessons included with TS4. She can be a bit brisk at first, having the Glutton, Materialistic, and Lazy traits. But the tutorial nudges you to work things out and get along in the end.
After these lessons end, what happens to Alex is very random. This will depend on your Neighborhood Stories settings, which determine moving and career choices. Alex might be running around homeless, have a stable career, or acquire fame and fortune. If she is well off, it might be time to visit an old friend and maybe spark something more.

Rohan Elderberry Of Britechester
A Promising Future For This Sim
Rohan is a teen living with his grandparents in Britechester. He aspires to go to college himself, having the Quick Learner and Perfectionist traits. He also has the Academic aspiration included with TS4: Discover University, which means he wants to gain a degree and use it to get a high-paying job.
One The Sims 4 fan has taken up a hobby in the game that many players didn't know they could do, even after thousands of hours in the game.
But, as a teen student, his budget is very tight. Both Ekram and Eleanore are retired, so they aren’t bringing in extra income and are also close to dying of old age. You may want to court Rohan after he has made it big, or have your own high paying job to take care of both of you.

Jacques Villareal Of Windenburg
An Offer You Can’t Refuse
The Villareals are one of the most well off families in Windenburg, having a large house and 65,000 Simoleons to spare. The patriarch is elder Jacques who has the Erratic, Childish, Genius, and Dastardly traits. This can make it hard to put up with him, but hopefully, he will die soon and leave the house to your Sim.
The family is involved in some shady dealings during TS4: Get Together. Jacques is a level nine criminal and is implied that he or a rival had his former wife killed. His children - Luna, Hugo, and Max - are a bit nicer but can also act childish, mean, or rude at times.

Xochitl Luna Of San Sequoia
A Second Chance At Love
Xochitl is a single mother living with her daughter Karmine and mother-in-law Eleanor Sullivan. She is very driven, starting TS4 as a level eight athlete and living in a large-sized house. She has the Active, Loyal Outgoing, and Alluring traits. As an added bonus, if you own TS4: Snowy Escape she will conquer Mt. Komorebi without the need of linear progression.
It is important to note that Xochitl did lover her husband Colin Sullivan. They would still be together if he hadn’t died in a freak cooking fire accident. When romancing her, keep in mind that both Karmine and Eleanor will also be a constant in your Sim’s daily life.

Greta Laurent Of Tartosa
The Dream Wedding Heiress
The Laurents are a predominant family in the world of Tartosa. They both own the La Coppia Serena wedding venue and have a glorious house of their own. Teen daughter Greta is due to inherit this, provided her parents, Hector and Hilary, eventually pass on.
Greta herself is highly skilled, having fully maxed out painting and high handiness when starting The Sims 4. She also has the Loves Outdoors, Collector, and Gloomy traits. While she doesn’t know how to garden yet, Greta has the Freelance Botanist aspiration to help with growing excellent plants.
