Olivia Hussey, the British-Argentine actor known for her roles across multiple genres in her almost six-decade-long career, died today at the age of 73. Starting young as the daughter of an opera singer, Hussey would go on to star in or support over 50 films, ranging from romances to historical epics to light comedies to, yes, Horror and Science Fiction. Despite this broad collection of performances, she will remain known — and indelible to many — for two: as what is to many the definitive version of Shakespeare's most famous doomed lover and as perhaps Horror's first Final Girl.
